Park Models are recreation vehicles primarily designed as temporary living quarters for recreation, camping or seasonal use. They are built on a single chassis, mounted on wheels and have a gross trailer area not exceeding 400 square feet in the set-up mode.

Each Park Trailer is certified by the RPTIA member manufacturer as complying with ANSI A119.5. Two different types of Park Trailers are offered. One type is less than 8' 6" in width and is designed for frequent travel on the highways while the other and more popular type is wider than 8' 6" (usually 12' in width), and must be transported with special movement permits from the state highway department. The 8' 6" unit typically is expandable when it reaches its destination utilizing slide-outs or tip-outs. The wider units, being less mobile, are usually sited in a resort or RV park location for an extended term, typically several years.

2. What if I don't have land?

This is not a problem! In fact, we anticipate this with many of our customers and dealers. The best strategy for buyers needing land is to contact one of our account representatives directly, and discuss the locations that you are interested in.

Breezy Oaks RV Park works with the manufacturer to offer over 2 million possible configurations for your home. But in the event that we haven’t listed an option or modification that you are looking for, we will gladly customize any of our units to specifically meet your needs. 5. Can I see my unit in production?

Breezy Oaks RV Park is excited about getting our customers and dealers involved in learning about the production process! We have a standing invitation to any of our current or prospective customers to come on down to the factory and take a look at our team in action.
